Vision Malala's main objective is to empower the girl child by providing her with an enriched learning environment where she can blossom. After donating over one and a half lakh rupees to a nonprofit organization in Kolkata, Vision Malala has taken up it's own first project - A hundred girls residential school in Kolkata. Our goal is to provide these girls with a healthy living environment along with a solid academic and basic vocational training to overcome the present difficulties and acheive their full potential. A quality early intervention in all areas of development - Physical, Cognitive, Social and Emotional - is absolutely essential to build a solid foundation for learning.
We have already started our basic work with these girls. We have acheived a few short term goals and have many short and long term projects planned for this school. Once we can acheive our goals with this project, we can take up other similar projects.
We need to raise funds, we need volunteers and most of all we need your cooperation. We appreciate the help we receive from all our dedicated volunteers and donors. Please help us make Vision Malala a success. Contact us if you can help.
Let's all work together to accomplish a great mission - The Empowerment of the Girl Child - Vision Malala
